LOCATION

Located metres away from Zadar’s main attractions (the Roman Forum, the famous sea organs and Greeting to the Sun lights), museums and restaurants, Lux Zadar is the perfect base to explore the amazing Dalmatian coast or just relax in this quiet retreat listening to the waves.  We are happy to arrange trips during your visit to many beautiful locations.

There is street parking around the building which is paid (around €5-12 per day), although this can be busy in the high season. There is limited fee parking next to the building which, if free on arrival, we will point you to.

The apartment is located on the first floor and has elevator access.

The sea is on your doorstep, and a welcoming park is just outside.

LIVING AREA

The large, high-ceilinged living space gives you a real wow factor as soon as you walk in. Over 50 m2 of living area is comprised of a custom built, fully equipped kitchen with an island and a large, solid wood dining table that seats eight.

There is also a generous, L-shaped sofa that, if desired, can be converted for you into a double bed.

The Bose surround sound, 60” TV and media library in the living room are perfect for enjoying a relaxed movie night.

BEDROOMS

There are two well-appointed bedrooms in our apartment:

The double room features a queen-sized bed, build-in floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, a 49″ TV and a safe. The en suite bathroom features a large walk-in shower as well as heated floors and luxury toiletries and towels.
The twin bedroom has all features above including its own en suite bathroom. It has two, large single beds measuring 100cm x 200cm for your comfort.
